Automated Teller Machine is a computerized machine that provides the customer of Banks the facility of accessing their account for dispensing cash to carry out other financial transactions without the need of actually visiting a Bank Branch.

ATM cards/ Debit Cards, Credit cards and prepaid cards (that permit cash withdrawal) can be used of ATMs for various transactions.
Our Society offered only ATM cards to our customer for the transaction.

For transacting at an ATM, the customer inserts/swipes his/her Card in the ATM and enters his/ her Personal Identification Number (PIN) issued by his/her Bank

PIN is the numeric password which is separately mailed/ handed over to the customer by the bank while issuing the card.
Our Society recommend to the customer to change the PIN on the first use.

The Customer may contact the card issuing bank immediately on noticing the loss so as to enable the bank to block the card.

In case you card is lost or stolen. Please notify the branch from where you obtained the card. Report the loss to the police and obtain a copy of the FIR lodged with the police station. Inform the branch in writing along with a copy of FIR. Please note that any financial loss arising out of unauthorized use of the card till such time the Society records the notice of loss of card will be to the card holder’s account. Fresh card will be issued in replacement of lost/damaged card at applicable fees.

Any major operative customer who already having a Saving or Current Account with us can apply for our society ATM card with our cards issuance Term and Conditions. The request has to be made at Khetwadi branch of the customer.

If at any time customer feels that the pin has been by mistake or otherwise disclose to any one he should change the same immediately.

A card once hot listed cannot be re-activated.

No. The responsibility is solely with the cardholder. Society does not take any responsibility for unauthorized usage of ATM card. The card holder is supposed to keep his card and PIN securely.

A. In case of our customer card gets jammed in our Society ATM, Please collect it from that Branch on next day with valid identify and our bank’s authority’s satisfaction. If it is jammed in other bank’s ATM, the card will not be returned and will be destroyed by them.

B. In case of our customer card gets damaged, return it to branch Manager and fill up new request from with applicable fees.

C. In case of our customer cardholder forget his PIN, Contact to Branch Manager. New PIN will be handover/mailed to you as per our ATM cards Term & conditions.

D. Always remember to get back you card from the ATM after transactions are completed.
